At the heart of our studio is a mission to support local animal shelters and rescues. Since Movement Lounge opened in January of 2022, we have assisted in the adoption of 40+ animals, hosting over 100 yoga with rescue dog classes, and donating thousands of dollars to organizations like SOAR Rescue, Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary, and Friends of MACC.

By seamlessly integrating animals into our space, we're not just transforming the lives of our furry friends; we're revolutionizing the traditional gym and fitness experience. Our students find joy and comfort in interacting with the animals allowing people to start too heal their relationship with movement.
